Strength & Conditioning

Program Goals

The Strength and Conditioning program is designed to be FUN and challenging, with specific movements that teach our kids the skills and disciplines that they can use in their chosen sport and in life. The sessions provide the kids with friendly competition to challenge them as they work hard to improve. The physical movements are sport and age appropriate focusing on all aspects of athleticism, proper warm up, power, agility, speed(running mechanics), first step quickness, strength, sports specific conditioning, balance, coordination, focus, core strength, proper cool down, sports specific stretching, injury prevention and the importance of good nutrition. We spend a lot of time working on the proper form to insure that each exercise and movement is performed correctly so each child gets safe results. Each session will help our young athletes gain confidence and a strong athletic foundation to grow from.

As the demand on athletes to be the best that they can in their chosen sport grows. Strength and conditioning provides a proven means to help athlete’s gain the edge they need to compete at higher levels and to reduce the chance of injuries.

Mission Statement

Through testing, we work to identify the weak links in every athlete’s physical performance, and from there we will develop a program to educate, improve athleticism, and reduce injury risk. Through corrective exercises, strength and conditioning (S&C), as well as Speed, Agility and Quickness, (SAQ), all providesd in a structured, challenging, and fun environment.
